Every puppy from Rotti Adoption Lovers is:
✔ AKC registered with complete documentation.
✔ Examined by a licensed veterinarian before going home.
✔ Up to date on vaccinations and deworming.
✔ Comes with a health certificate for your assurance.

We guarantee that your puppy is free from any life-threatening congenital health issues at the time of adoption.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

Because adopting a puppy is a lifelong commitment, we encourage families to be absolutely certain before completing the adoption. However, we understand that circumstances may change, so we provide the following protections:

✅ Refund Policy

• 24-Hour Refund Window: If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase (before the puppy leaves our care), you are eligible for a full refund.

• 7-Day Health Guarantee: If a licensed veterinarian finds a serious genetic or health issue within the first 7 days after adoption, you may return the puppy for a replacement puppy or full refund.

• 12-Month Genetic Guarantee: If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening hereditary condition within the first year, we will either:

  • Replace your puppy with another of equal value, or

  • Offer a partial refund to assist with veterinary care.

✅ Return Policy

If you are unable to keep your puppy for any reason after adoption, we do not support abandonment or shelter surrender. Instead:

• We require that you return the puppy to us so we can rehome them responsibly.

• Adoption fees are non-refundable in this case, but our priority is the puppy’s safety and well-being.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Refunds

If your puppy is being delivered through one of our trusted transport partners:

• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the puppy is in transit.

• If transportation is delayed due to weather or safety reasons, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.

📌 Exclusions

Refunds or returns may not be offered if:

• The puppy has been injured, neglected, or mistreated while in your care.

• You fail to provide proof of a licensed veterinarian’s examination within the guarantee period.

• You request a refund beyond the specified timeframe.
