1. General Information

• Rotti Adoption Lovers specializes in connecting families with healthy, AKC-registered Rottweiler and Italian Greyhound puppies from trusted breeders.

• All information on this site is provided in good faith and updated regularly.

• By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

2. Puppy Health Guarantee 🐶

Your puppy’s health is our top priority.

• All puppies are vet-checked, dewormed, and up-to-date on vaccinations before adoption.

• Puppies come with a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

• If a congenital health issue is discovered within the agreed guarantee period (outlined in your adoption agreement), we will:

  • Offer a replacement puppy, or

  • Provide a partial refund, depending on the situation.

We do not cover health issues caused by neglect, injury, poor diet, or lack of proper veterinary care after adoption.

3. Adoption & Payment Policy 💳

• Puppies are sold on a first-come, first-served basis once deposits are received.

• A non-refundable deposit secures your chosen puppy until pickup or delivery.

• Remaining balances must be paid in full before your puppy goes home.

• Accepted payment methods: ( bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

4. Shipping & Delivery 🚚

• We offer safe, USDA-certified ground and air delivery across the U.S.

• Delivery fees depend on location and transport method.

• While we ensure your puppy travels in comfort, minor delays beyond our control (such as airline or weather issues) may occur.

• Local pickup is also available by appointment.

5. Registration & Ownership 📜

• All puppies are sold as companion pets, unless otherwise noted.

• Puppies are AKC registered with documented pedigrees.

• Full breeding rights are only available under special agreements.

6. Buyer Responsibilities ❤️

• Provide proper food, shelter, and veterinary care.

• Never engage in neglect, abuse, or abandonment.

• Contact us first if, for any reason, you cannot keep your puppy—we will help rehome responsibly.

7. Returns & Refunds 🔄

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cannot complete your adoption after a deposit, we may allow you to transfer it to another available puppy (case by case).

• Once a puppy leaves our care, returns are not accepted except for health-related issues covered in our guarantee.

8. Limitation of Liability ⚖️

Rotti Adoption Lovers is not liable for:

• Veterinary costs after adoption.

• Behavioral issues (training and socialization are the owner’s responsibility).

• Health issues arising from neglect, accidents, or improper care.

• We never sell or misuse your data.
